  I had spent too much on a car alarm and remote start for my car and had it installed. Not even 2 days later, both the alarm and remote start are not working. I tried for days to get a hold of someone at the store, just to be placed on hold several times for 1 to 2 hours and eventually hung up on after being transferred around a few times. So I go to the store and make an appointment after unsuccessfully getting anyone on the phone. So then I bring my car in for the appointment I made, and the guy tells me there is no appointment for my car. The same guy I made the appointment with! What a waste of time and money. I went through them for the geek squad protection which has been great for my computers, but obviously the same cannot be said about their car install services.
